After lunch, Carol took the stern. What a fun adventure! First the right bank, then the left bank, then under some overhanging trees that tried to decapitate us...Then there was the takeout. Everything was going fine, we pulled up to the shore, I started to step out of the bow to pull the canoe up on shore, and I hear "Oh, Cheryl", just as the canoe tips and Carol falls out into the river! Good thing there were no 'gators right there...
