Team Sprits will make their third 2003 try for the perfect BBQ.  The first proved that neither sleet nor snow.....will stop a party.   The second showed that two strikes on meat will not slow the beverages.   This time, we will swing for the best BBQ ever, in Omaha, in June, on a Tuesday.

Iowa Pork Chops are the specialty.   Since Team Spirits are Ragbrai double official (permit #'s 2353 and 2016), we need a big practice for the Pork Chop Man competition.   We will have "the other white meat" for the boa lovers.   

Tuesday, June 17th, is also the middle of this year's College World Series.   Take in an afternoon game and join us at 6 for delicious beverages (no alcohol at college games) or watch from the bar with the other Husker down and outs.

The Silver Beauty (STV) will again mark home base on 10th Street as Dr. Pat demonstrates his award winning BBQ techniques on a new grill/smoker/hot tub heater.  The rest of the crew will be fine tuning our "Best Booth" techniques in preparation for long BBQ season.
